Gainsbourg biopic
Joann Sfar, a well-known comic artist in France, is making a Gainsbourg biopic. The title role will be played by Eric Elmosnino. But when Eric/Serge is behind the piano, the actual playing is done by Gonzales. Shooting starts in September, couldn't find a releasedate, but my guess is around the Cannes festival in 2009. Je pense qu'il est trop beau pour être Gainsbourg. J'aime Gainsbourg, mais j'ai peur d'un film "Gainsbourg".

I'm sorry I'm french but I never heard about a comic named Joann Sfar ....
Joann Sfar is not a comic, but he is an comic author: One of the best young bd-autors in France (beneath fantastic Lewis Trondheim).

Puuuh...Gonzalez...how boring! One of the most overrated musicians in modern pop music....my opinion.
comic author, comic artist, he's a guy who draws comics. not a comedian. well, he might be funny, who knows. gonzales did excellent work for jamie lidell, feist and jane birkin. his new solo album has some nice songs too.
